I looked through the classes in derbyTesting.jar, and found
org.apache.derbyTesting.junit.XATestUtil, which is used in the junit (XA)
tests, but is not itself dependent on junit.jar.
So unless I hear concerns, I'll be switching to that class as indicator class.
I'll also add a comment in XATestUtil pointing out the sysinfo dependency.
