I created a 'derby' directory in the svnpubsub db region
https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/release/db with revision 5035.
I created a directory for db-derby-10.10.2.0,
https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/release/db/derby/db-derby-10.10.2.0 with
revision 5036.
To complete the mirroring of active releases in this area, I added
db-derby-10.8.3.0 with revision 5039.
I believe I now need to inform infra to do some magic, to complete the move to
svnpubsub, but I'm going to focus on finishing the steps to publish the release
first.
