It might be interesting to think about if we could special case something about
concurrency and recovery for something so special as
sequence values. Currently all the sub transaction stuff and locking is very
general purpose and fits sql standards. But locking and recovery
of an internal column/row for sequences likely can break some of these rules.
Just needed to make sure that someone interested in this knows that there is
more to do than just allowing the lock to be granted.
