Summary: Organization topics of some manuals need updating

The "How this guide is organized" topic of the Reference Manual does not list
two top-level sections: "Argument matching" and "XPLAIN style tables."
The equivalent topic of "Tuning Derby" contains no description of one of the
sections, "Selectivity and cardinality statistics," although it is listed.
The equivalent topic of the Admin Guide does not list "Using Java Management
Extensions (JMX) technology."
The equivalent topic of the Tools Guide does not list "Optional tools."
