Thanks for the comments, Dag.
I think if there are changes specifically for deferred constraints, they should
be made as part of the documentation for that feature. So since there are
currently no differences between RESTRICT and NO ACTION in the delete case, I
am reverting that change.
I hope the latest patch includes the needed changes other than that. Thanks!
