This is just an initial patch for this work. I'm not sure that I've included
everything that should be included or put it all in the most logical place, or
that the wording is correct, or that the example makes any sense (it would
probably be good to have an example of a table-level constraint instead of or
in addition to the column-level one).
So I will be very grateful for a review. Thanks for the excellent spec.
