Now that the Derby Security Guide is part of the documentation, it needs to be
added to the Latest Alpha Manuals section of the Derby documentation page at
http://db.apache.org/derby/manuals/index.html. Also, it should be verified that
a documentation build includes this manual. (The manual is generated by "ant
all" and other targets in the build.xml file, but I'm not sure how that
correlates to what is generated for the web site.)
Once 10.11 releases, the manual must also be included in the docs for the
release.
