Changed my mind. The XA discussion should be under "Runtime behavior", since
it's about runtime behavior. However, the "Runtime behavior" section is all
about the constraint mode, not the initial constraint characteristics -- so I
think I need to move it to the SET CONSTRAINTS topic.
