Attaching derby-6589-01-aa-addSecurityGuideToTopIndex.diff. This patch adds the
Derby Security Guide to the top level index.html. I have built a release and
verified that Security Guide does appear distribution and the new links in
index.html work.
Touches the following file:
M index.html
