Attaching DERBY-6217-dev.diff, DERBY-6217-dev.stat, and DERBY-6217-dev.zip.
This patch removes 74 topics/files and modifies just 6 (including the map
file).
I will commit this patch in a day or so. The patch is big because it removes 4
.eps files that were moved to the security guide; they are treated as text
files because they didn't have an svn:mime-type property set. Hope the deletion
works when I apply the patch.
