Thanks, Kim! I think the new paragraph should be at least one further out. The
reason is that we are describing a condition on the referenced primary or
unique constraint, which is introduced in the paragraph starting "If there is a
column list in the ReferencesSpecification..". The current second but the last
starting with "If there is no column list in the ReferencesSpecification.."
should possibly also precede our new paragraph, so let's put it after that one
also, i.e. as the (new) second but the last paragraph.
