The new schedule calls for vetting the first release candidate between 2014-07-14 and 2014-08-04, with GA targeted at 2014-08-08. Hopefully, this new schedule will allow everyone to contribute to the vetting effort.

In private email, some people have given me their vacation plans, which
they don't want to disclose publicly. Those vacation plans conflict with
