It turns out that wrapping each table in a paragraph element creates some
vertical space between the tables. The next patch will have this fix, but I'll
wait till I have some new content to add. Thanks for the suggestion, Dag.
I think the only other topic with lots of tables one after the other is the
"SQL error messages and exceptions" topic, which is automatically generated for
each release. I don't know if it would be worthwhile to file an issue for that.
