That's right. All the listed features are in Part 2 - Foundation.
I think we also support some features in Part 13 - SQL Routines and Types Using
the Java ^TM^ Programming Language, and in Part 14 - XML-Related
Specifications. I'll try to dig up those feature ids as well.
I'd say we should include what we support in other parts than 2, but it's
sufficient to list what's missing from part 2 in the list of unsupported
features.
