Attaching derby-6588-05-aa-thirdDraftReleaseNotes.diff. This is the next draft
of the release notes.
It's been a month since the last draft. Since then, we've gone from around 180
bug fixes to around 220. So now we violate the 200 issue limit for JQL queries.
I've changed the JQL query to exclude test issues. That brings us down to 164
issues.

Adds a new feature to the introductory list: SQL Standard syntax for altering
column nullability.
