The derby-6482-02-aa-copyClasses.diff patch was supposed to move the vti demo
classes into the distribution, in order to make the vti demo behave more like
the other demos. Looks like more work needs to be done for the tar.gz distro.
The vti demo instructions (demo/programs/vtis/README.html) expect that the
compiled classes will be in the distro.
