[^d6733-4a-test-permissions.diff] adds test cases to CacheManagerMBeanTest to
verify that the MBean cannot be accessed if SystemPermission("engine",
"monitor") has not been granted to the code that tries to access it. (With this
patch, JaCoCo reports that the MBean implementation class has 100% test
coverage.)
