Fix Version/s: 10.11.1.3

This one was supposed to be included in the 10.11 release notes, but because it
had no fix version, that didn't happen.
So I'm modifying it and marking it fixed in 10.11.3, I think that should make
it go into any new further releases pulling from the 10.11 branch.
