Hi Mamta,

The svn/git-jira comment redirection only happens at the time of the
commit; it does nothing later and does not check for svn propedit
activities.
Have you tried to just delete (cut) the comment from DERBY-674 and paste it
into DERBY-6764? There's no database dependency on this, I don't see why
that wouldn't work.
