rather than check absolute number of free pages after looping abort, change
test to sleep for awhile after all the inserts and then insert same number of
rows and verify that it uses all the reclaimed free pages. This check is
better than the currently commented out check of absolute free pages which is
timing dependent on machines/hardware.
