Also in rrefidentityvallocal.dita, we list cases where IDENTITY_VAL_LOCAL will
not retrun the expected value. One of those cases is - "An INSERT statement
with a fullselect". I noticed that in the attached patch, there is now a line
for "An UPDATE statement with a fullselect" but fullselect does not apply to
UPDATE so we should not add "An UPDATE statement with a fullselect" to the list
of cases where IDENTITY_VAL_LOCAL will not retrun the expected value.
