Looks like the tests(testSSLBasicDSConnect and testSSLBasicDSPlainConnect) 
failed again on 10.8 
http://people.apache.org/~myrnavl/derby_test_results/v10_8/windows/testlog/ibm142/1643487-suites.All_diff.txt.
 I am looking into it.
