Thanks for the review Kim!
Attaching new versions of the patches in which I've addressed the comments.
I also went back into NetworkServerControl.java and modified various
occurrences of 'network server' to say 'Network Server', for consistency. Also
fixed up the 'retreive' to say 'retrieve'.
And in one of the doc pages I also added a codeph tag for the template.policy
file.
I will commit these changes shortly, if further tweaking is called for that can
happen in a subsequent patch.
