We cannot stop a SQL query from being executed or cancel it.
If we realize the SQL Query is wrong, and gone recursive or undeterminate with
very high continuous CPU usage, the Query cannot be stopped.
Even if we shut down the Network server the server does not shutdown and the
java process has to be killed ...
There must be a mechanism to do so.
