Bryan Pendleton updated DERBY-6857:
-----------------------------------
Attachment: windows-derby-jar-verbose.txt
That's a very interesting analysis Rick, it feels like those
are key attributes of the behavior I'm seeing.
I attached my verbose output, but am not sure what it might mean.
I *definitely* get a DRDAConstants.class in my build:
C:\Users\Bryan\derby\trunk>dir /s DRDAConstants.class
Volume in drive C is OS
Volume Serial Number is 6602-B38E
Directory of C:\Users\Bryan\derby\trunk\classes\org\apache\derby\iapi\reference

> The community voted to stop supporting Java 6 and 7 as of release 10.13. See
> the 2015-09-12 entry here: http://wiki.apache.org/db-derby/VoteResults. We no
> longer need to support building Derby with those JDKs. This issue tracks
> changes needed to remove that support and simplify the build.
