Hi Danoja,
I studied your patch for a while, and I ran the upgrade tests, and I think I am
reproducing the problem you are seeing.
I'm not 100% sure this is the issue, but I see that your SYSCS_IMPORT_TABLE_BULK
system procedure is expecting 8 arguments, but in Changes10_13.java you are only
passing 7 arguments on the call(s) to SYSCS_IMPORT_TABLE_BULK.
Can you try double-checking the argument list in the test program against the
argument list that is defined for the system procedure?
