Bryan Pendleton resolved DERBY-6894.
------------------------------------
       Resolution: Fixed
    Fix Version/s: 10.13.0.0

I feel like the latest patch is quite good, and addresses the requirements
nicely, without substantial impact to other parts of the system.

Thanks Danoja Dias for your contribution to Derby!

I don't believe we know of any other work needed for this
particular task, so I'm marking it resolved.

> To ease maintainability and legibility of client programs, it would be
> nice if callers of SYSCS_IMPORT_DATA_BULK (and possibly also
> SYSCS_IMPORT_DATA) could refer to columns in the COLUMNINDEXES
> argument by column *NAME*, as well as by index *NUMBER*.
> So, for example, a valid COLUMNINDEXES specification might be:
> '1,3,LastName,FirstName,7'
