Attaching newderby-6895.diff and a zip file of the corresponding generated
output: newderby-6895-doc.zip. This patch adds a section to the Reference
Manual describing SYSCS_UTIL.SYSCS_IMPORT_DATA_BULK,
SYSCS_UTIL.SYSCS_IMPORT_TABLE_BULK system procedures and necessary changes to
SYSCS_UTIL.SYSCS_IMPORT_DATA, SYSCS_UTIL.SYSCS_IMPORT_DATA_LOBS_FROM_EXTFILE
system procedures.
