Rick, I tried to produce the release notes, following
https://wiki.apache.org/db-derby/ReleaseNoteProcess but I was not very
successful.
The first thing that happened was that Maven refused to fetch jirasoap, telling
me that source 1.4 and target 1.4 were no longer valid and I needed to specify
at least 1.6.
So I changed tools/release/jirasoap/pom.xml to specify 1.6 in place of 1.4 on
the source and target settings, and then Maven was willing to fetch jirasoap.
But then I couldn't get the 'ant genrelnotes' to run successfully; when it
connects to JIRA it gets a HTTP 404 back.
I tried both with and without a JIRA filter id (12343478, in my case).
Any suggestions?
