The Oracle 11 JDK comes with a new, very restrictive license which prevents
anyone from using it in production for free. See

As I read the license, it can still be used to develop products, so we could
still use it to build the 10.15.1 release. However, just to be on the safe
side, I recommend that we use the Open JDK version of Java 11.
