Attaching derby-7011-02-aa-shortCircuitAfterLangSuite.diff. The derbynet suite 
ran fine under Jenkins. I will gradually increase the size of the 
short-circuited test run to see if I can tickle the problem again. This patch 
adds the lang suite to the short-circuited tests.
