I though that I had overhauled that section. It is at the bottom of the
10.15.1.0 release notes. Please recommend any changes which you think
will make it clearer.

Probably you already did this, it's just that the 10.15 RC is the
first release I've interacted with which has the new approach, so it
just occurred to me now.
