website links to the derby wiki

The links to the wiki seem to be broken. Try, for instance, to click on 
the "Derby wiki" link on this page: 
http://db.apache.org/derby/derby_comm.html Is this a known problem? Has 
the wiki moved and if so where should we point these broken links?
