Thanks for the reminder. This slipped off my radar due to the
holidays. My current thinking is to just add a pt_BR subdirectory
underneath src, building to a pt_BR subdirectory in out, and we can
move the current docs down into an en (or en_US) dir sometime in the
future.

Derby Docs needs to implement languages other than US English
somewhat quickly. Currently a document exists that should be in
the build environment. If no action is taken, this seems to
indicate that this is not important. I feel this is very important
myself, although I only speak english and a very small bit of
swahili (university course instead of art) :-)
Currently some architecture needs to be in place to allow for
multiple additions of languages fairly easily. I would vote for a
brute force attack and add the current document today, and figure
out the architecture in the future.
