I'd assumed all along that it was ok to use the logo with 'Apache Derby' and the hat, but removing the "Pure Java Database" tagline, *because* we have no legal right to use that tagline. I just don't believe that is anything stopping us from doing that: - It's not a Sun issue - I don't believe it's contrary to the logo vote, given 14 out of 15 actual logos didn't have the tagline.
