Thanks for the link to the JDBC 4 spec. However, downloading and
viewing the spec requires agreeing to a license agreement, and not
everyone may be able (due to other legal requirements) or want to
agree to that license.
When discussing specifications on the list, it is best to keep the
discussion to the specifics as they apply to Derby, and quote the
spec minimally, or as allowed by the license on the specification.
