I'm not certain it's so bad - the test expects failures.
But I logged DERBY-999. Unfortunately, I can't upload the .tmp file right now, Jira gives me an error...I'll try that again later.

1) For the tests that run twice. in derbynetclientmats.
2) The DRDA protocol error on ibm14

I can't read the diff very well but This looks pretty serious
