I can only explain this by assuming that only the above has a default locale of no_NO set.I am of two minds about this. On one side, we're continuing to look at test-setup related test failures. On the other hand, more testing is better, and in fact, this has found one bug (although Dan acknowledged he'd seen it before) as far as I know.I have been thinking maybe we could add (yet :-( ) another property to the test harness - a 'skip_if_not_en_us_locale' (or a better name?). This could then be set for urlLocale and sysinfo. Or we could add another .exclude file to the suites directory, something like 'non_us_locale.exclude'.(I personally like the file approach better because it's more easily identified which tests are getting skipped for which reason).
(but adding a property is easier to implement)
