Try the filter now... Can you find it? Does it show right results? I had the filter show only issues marked for 10.2. Many don't have fix version. I think unassigned issues need to be assigned by finding the change that caused the failure (on standard platforms) or found a volunteer for non-standard platforms, if specific to that platform.
