run.java is compiled with JDK 1.3, but depends on utilMain14.java
which should be compiled with JDK 1.4. Since the build scripts compile
run.java before utilMain14.java, ant tries to build utilMain14.java
with 1.3 if you have run 'ant clobber'. I changed the compilation
order and then it worked.
Fixed in revision 380071.
