created a new test case jdbc4_embedded as TestJDBC40Exception is ment only for
embedded mode
and jdbc4 test suite uses net framework. Because of this DerbyJUnitTest returns
Cleint connection.
Added coment explaining toString method of exceptions now uses the default
method of java.sql (exceptions) which
prefixes class name in the String returned.
I had attached a wrong file a few mins back which i have removed. Sorry for
generating unnessary mail and jira history.
