Bryan Pendleton commented on DERBY-952:
---------------------------------------

Are there any clues or theories abut this problem? I tried running with a
similar, but not identical, environment, and failed to reproduce the problem. I
am using Windows XP, without Cygwin, and I have both Sun JDK 1.4.2 and 1.5.0,
and I tried with both -Dframework=DerbyNet and -Dframework=DerbyNetClient and
couldn't get NSinSameJVM to fail for me.

Might it be cygwin that is the critical factor? If so, how might cygwin be
affecting the test harness?
