Hm. Never mind that previous comment. I can see that the RuntimeException
constructors will create problems under jdk13 if the grammars execute certain
error paths.
See DERBY-73. IIRC, only the multi-test-case grammar file uesd with
the stress.multi test was affected, and it wasn't clear that the
exception was likely to be hit. I'd run stress.multi on jdk131 and see
what happens. I ran derbyall on a build with javacc4.0 and got no
failures.
