Committed patch FINAL_wwd_ch_1and2.diff , revision 394000, for the first two
chapters.
Note: the Working With Derby doc builds fine on Windows and 'ant all' succeeds
building all docs. But the new doc failed to build on a Fedora Core 3 linux
machine with this error:
