Committed bug955_wireUpJDBC4Suite.diff at subversion revision 396973. This adds
the jdbc4 suite to derbyall. Derbyall ran cleanly for me under jdk1.6 except
for the wisconsin noise and some diffs in the multi test suite. I re-ran that
suite and it passed. We should keep an eye on the instability in this suite.
