Hi Deepa,
I've attached a patch, patch7, which combines your patch5 and patch6 and
includes a change to BUILDING.txt that describes the derbyTesting.jar.path for
testers who aren't building from source. I led you down the wrong path with
using uptodate, sorry about that, this patch also includes changes to generate
the property file so it doesn't get regenerated on a recompile.
Please review the patch. If everything looks good, I'll go ahead and commit.
