'derby-1146-v2-enable.diff' enables the VerifySignatures patch, as it no longer
fails. In addition, it sorts the tests in 'suites/jdbc40.runall' in
alphabetical order.
I added two comments and one blank line in the runall file. The comments show
up when running the tests, but they do not seem to cause trouble. If they
should be removed, please let me know.
