Also when we repost a patch in which we correct a few space diffs the
older patch can be deleted because the difference is anyway only a few
blank lines. I would most humbly request for this feature to be enables.

This is really annoying. I would also like to be able to delete
attachments that are no longer relevant, e.g. old *.stat and
derbyall_report files. I can sort of, see the value in keeping old
versions of the patch itself, but not other files.
