ai... I didn't look closely enough at my derbyall results...I completely missed this.
I think to get this working better would require calling the RunTest.composePolicy method somewhere in RunList or RunSuite, and modifying it to take a suiteName and ensuring the suiteName isn't null...But maybe at this point we should leave well enough alone...
Should we remove the bit about useprocessflase.policy & also remove errorStream.policy?
