In the results, I see that upgrade test is failing on all platforms
with the snapshot. This could be because the location of old version
jar files is not passed in when running the tests. testing/README.htm
file (Section 4.12, derbyTesting.jar.path property) has some details
on this. Just wondering if this could be the case ?

Yes, this is the case (A slip in our setup...).
We'll fix this for the next snapshot test.
